How prebooking works.
The catalogue helps you compare products and request a quote. Website values are reference metal values only. They exclude product premium and any delivery or other applicable charges.
1. Submit an enquiry
Select the product, quantity and preferred fulfilment method. Sending a WhatsApp request does not reserve inventory and does not lock a price.
2. Receive a numbered quote
Investo Metals confirms the SKU, quantity, product details, availability, metal value, premium, applicable charges, total USD price and an absolute expiry time. A quote that does not clearly state these details should be clarified before acceptance.
3. Accept within the stated time
Follow the acceptance instruction stated in the quote before it expires. If the quote expires, market conditions change or payment arrives outside its stated conditions, a new quote may be required.
4. Reservation and payment
Inventory is reserved only when Investo Metals confirms reservation in writing and the payment conditions stated in the quote have been satisfied. Do not rely on a website screenshot or copied message as proof of a locked price.
5. Pickup or delivery
Pickup location, secure-delivery availability, timing, charges, recipient verification and handover conditions are confirmed before fulfilment. Higher-value or higher-risk orders may require additional verification and approval.
Official-channel safety
- Use only the WhatsApp number published on the official Investo Metals website.
- Independently verify any change to beneficiary or payment instructions.
- Never send passwords, one-time security codes, card credentials or crypto recovery phrases.
- Ask for clarification before accepting a quote if any commercial term is missing.
