What these numbers are
They are the value of the metal alone, worked out from the international gold and silver price: an ounce is 31.1 grams, and each karat is priced by its gold content. They are not a selling price. Bars and coins add a product premium, and jewellery adds making charges.
Dirham prices use the fixed rate of 3.6725 dirhams to the US dollar.
